My quotes can't keep up with this volume. These conditions are really good, but it's too frustrating/stressful when my quotes drop out every 30 seconds.
Yeah, I feel your pain. I'm having problems with both IB and Esignal. Great trading opps left in the dust because of failures to trigger and missed exits because of dead screens. Every time I pull up a chart of AIG, Esignal crashes.
Thanks for the empathy. It's cool people are actually reading my blog now too, it gives me more motivation to post. I'm running an Athlon 2000, and I think that is a part of the problem. In the afternoon I tried running my trading platform on my faster dual core laptop, and the quotes dropped out much less frequently.
